These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover the separate contract we sign with clients for project work, which is agreed individually for each engagement.

Use of this site
This site and its content are provided for the purpose of showing our work and enabling enquiries about new projects. You may browse and share pages from this site, but you may not copy the design, code or written content for use on another site or in another commercial project without our written permission.

Intellectual property
All project imagery, case study text and identity work shown on this site remains the property of Vellum Studio or the relevant client, and is shown for portfolio purposes under the terms of our project agreements. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or licence to you beyond viewing the page in your own browser.

Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract between you and Vellum Studio. Any project timeline, price or scope mentioned during early conversations is indicative only and becomes binding solely once both parties sign a separate written proposal. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Vellum Studio is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site, beyond what is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to this site will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms continue to apply in full, and we may update these terms from time to time.
